FAQ How are Black Kassel meats which are Free of Allergens* manufactured? We completely clean and sanitize all production lines prior to running our Free of Allergens* deli meats. We schedule our Free of Allergens productions for the first run of the day, immediately after the equipment has been sanitized. We micro-swab our food contact surfaces on a weekly basis and also break down our food contact equipment daily to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces. Our cleaning program is validated after every cleaning cycle to ensure all traces of allergens are removed.*Free of all major food allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans) How long will Black Kassel deli meats stay fresh after opening? Black Kassel deli meats will stay fresh for 4 to 5 days after opening if kept refrigerated and well wrapped. What are the spices and spice extracts listed in the ingredients? Spices and spice extracts are proprietary to our recipes and so are not listed on packaging or the website.
